Returns, Shipping, and Privacy Policy

Returns Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged for under the following conditions:

1. If the product is damaged in shipment
2. If the item or price is not as described

The item must be returned in exactly the condition as received, to the following address:

Absolutely no returns accepted after 30 days of receipt. All other sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within two to three business days of receipt, or within one day of receipt if Priority Mail is selected. All shipments are made using U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are as quoted in the shopping cart and will include a handling fee on a per book basis.

International Orders: Prices for international shipments are as quoted in the shopping cart. We will notify you by email for your permission prior to charging your credit card if any additional charges apply.

If your item is out of stock or we're unable to ship your order within three working days we will hold your credit card charge and notify you via email of when we expect to ship it. We will not charge your card for the item until it ships out to you and you may choose to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is in safe hands here at Tachyon Publications.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or any personal information to any third party under any condition whatsoever.

We will not rent, sell or provide information about your browsing habits or purchasing choices to any third party under any condition whatsoever.

We will not purchase and use information about you from any third party. Likewise we don't analyze any cookies you may have mistakenly accepted that are transmitted to all websites. (You should disable option that in your browser.)

We may be required by legal process to provide information about a customer to law enforcement. We will only do so with a court order, a warrant or other signed paperwork provided through due legal process.

Since our offerings, technology, and the law all change at rapid rates, we reserve the right to change, modify, or add to our Privacy Policy at any time. If the changes are significant, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the changes and asking you to review the policy again.
